Dr. Altan is a graduate of Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. He owns the Aestepool Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey; he is also an honorary hair transplant surgeon at Alexandrovska Hospital and Pirogov Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Erdem Hospital in Istanbul.
Dr. Altan is a celebrated medical device engineer and educator, known throughout Europe as “The Artist.” He has treated over 7,000 patients using hair transplant, FUE, and microFUE procedures (scalp, beard, and eyebrows) with PRP, Regenera, and Acell. His patients come to him from all over the world and include myriad well-known celebrities.
In Spain, Dr. Altan is recognized as “The Restoratory Doctor.” He has treated more than 2,000 patients who suffered major damage from improper hair transplant procedures.
Dr. Altan designed and created a one-of-a-kind device, an extraction pen that removes hair follicles with absolutely no damage to the follicles or the patients. He also designed and created an implant pen with the same success.
